When you come into Sushi Ichiban you have the option of either sitting in the general eating area, or setting up at the Sushi bar. At the Sushi bar you can watch everything being made, and it is quite a show. Everything comes out looking amazing. It may not be cheap, but it is one of the highest quality Sushi places in the city.
