Food is usually very good and Walter (owner/chef) is normally most interested in seeing your food is prepared to your liking.

Worst food we‘ve had in Omaha. The duck was inedible - dry and overcooked. The green beans were wilted and cold. Plus we paid between $30 - 40 for each entree....and at this price range the food needs to be much better. Also, the wait staff was pretty unsympathetic when it was noted that the duck was overcooked and dry.

Don‘t do it! Save your time and money.
Went for a nice lunch and called ahead to make sure they could prepare a lamb dish usally prepared for dinner. Atmosphere looked a little cheesy at first but was eagerly hoping the food would make up for it. Appetizer and wait staff were good. The main course, lamb in particular was overcooked and not fresh (gamey tasting). Upon bringing this to the attention of the waitress the cook/owner was soon at the side of our table with folded arms, after an awkward silence he asked what the problem was, I told him and did he not hesitate to rudly say he has been cooking for 40 years and thats how lamb was to be prepared. No offer to fix or comp anything.
I shared my thoughts about his cooking ability and lack of professionalism on the bill. Most Importantly, upon reviewing my charge statement I noticed an extra $15.00 had been added to the bill after I had already paid for the meal and Gratuity.
