Definitely a young, trendy crowd. Those a combination of tattoos and piercings that add up to 7+ will fit right in. If you‘re looking for a loud and smoky experience that includes relatively cheap drinks, this might be your place. Packed on the weekends. I‘m not crazy about it, but the people that fit in there love the 49‘R. Also, it‘s definitely on Dodge St.

I‘m not sure what the other reviewer was smoking, but the 9r is still on Dodge Street. I just checked. And by checked, I mean fell down, drunk.

Still a decent place, but it has never been the same since it moved from Dodge St. The new location is too noisy and too crowded. It went from a laid back scene to a crowded college bar.
