Sokol Underground

Went to Sokol Underground for the first time ever and I will NEVER return. I was misinformed about the time a concert started and arrived early. Door was open, and waited at the bar for over 10 minutes while the bartender ignored us. I did finally get his attention and he informed us they were not open yet. Okay so why were the doors open and why was there not anybody posted at the door. We could have stayed for the whole concert for free if I had not approached the bartender. It was my first time ever being there and I just felt really confused the whole time I was there. They would not sell tickets until the band was ready to start, the band was late getting everything ready, which was not the fault of Sokol, but I was there to see the band, not to be disrespected by Sokol employees. I have never been to a concert venue who had such complete lack of customer service. I will NEVER return.
